Iowa State Fair

First it starts out a piglet, but after a few ice cream cones and a giant turkey leg... it turns into a 1,259 lb beast! (Can you see Dave crouched behind the giant pig?) We still love each other, even if we are acting like pigs! Animals and food, that's what a fair is all about.

Awesome! I've got to go get Julia so she can see that giant pig. She LOVES them. How fun to go to a fair. Dave, do you remember when I had to clog at every state fair...dancing and livestock and cotton candy--yeehaw!

There's just something so wildly fun about fairs. I am not sure if it is the crazy food concoctions or the booths were people sell all sorts of interesting stuff. It likes like it was a lot of fun. Your juicer looks great too. Hey, how are those goals you set going? Geoff and I are doing pretty good at sticking to ours.

Dave,
Abby sent me a copy of your Dean's letter. I am very happy (proud) for you. David, you work hard and it pays off when you put your heart in to it. I love you both. Thank you for thinking of me. In about a week I will have a blog of my own. It will be called M&C Thuet!
Love, MOM
