To eat! Yum. Dave loves Cordon bleu, but it is a bit of work. Mostly the pounding, but them rolling and securing the meat, etc. Plus, I don't really care for it, but this version I did like, and it was sooo much easier!
Lay your chicken in a cooking dish. Pour cream of chicken over it. Then sprinkle it with diced ham. Layer swiss cheese on top of that, and then cover it with smashed ritz crackers.
Bake.
Yum!

OOOH! This sounds like a yummy one! What do you bake it at and what do you do with your chicken? Raw? Seasoned?
