Fish-fillets with baby spinach
and balsamic vinaigrette
Sautéed sweet onion and yellow pepper over baby spinach.
Topped with lightly-spiced, pan-fried white fish fillets.
Drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette and honey blend.
To eat!
Note: Next time I'd use a different white fish, not flounder. I'll bet salmon would be delicious.
