To Eat of not to Eat...Blue Cheese Pizza

As convenient as it is, I have a difficult time ordering pizza. With a bottle of spaghetti sauce on hand, a bag of mozzarella, a few onions and peppers chopped, only the crust takes time -and even then, not much time - I feel guilty calling Pizza Hut for a quick meal. Homemade pizza is a regular dish at our house - in 6 1/2 years we've never ordered a pizza. Lately, however, my tomato and cheese pie has been boring me. When I found this unique recipe I decided to give it a try.
Blue Cheese Pizza.

Dave, whose taste bud palette is more...conservative than mine, was shocked when even he enjoyed this zesty change. No tomato sauce, instead you paint the crust in olive oil, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Precook this thin crust, and then spread onion circles, yellow peppers, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and sprinkle it with 3 cheeses: mozzarella, fresh parmesan, and fresh crumbled blue cheese. Bake again. Yum.
