What's for dinner?


This is the easiest roast, and it's by far my favorite way to cook a beef roast. Simply put your frozen roast into the crock-pot. Add a packet of french onion soup and 1 cup of water, or 1 can of french onion soup. Leave on low for 6-8 hours (depending on roast size), or if you need your roast done sooner, cook it on high for the 1st hour or two. When there are only 2 hours left add carrots. You can also add potatoes unless you plan on doing mashed potatoes. So easy! And soooooo good!
