Large Meatballs in sauce









Make a sauce of tomato paste, onions, soy sauce, brown sugar. Mix your ingredients for the meat balls, form into balls. Microwave a few minutes until most of the fat has been rendered. Gently set balls into the sauce and finish cooking for 5 hours. Add to pasta with melted mozzarella. A salad and vegetable on the side, and your meal is complete.

*Sorry, I made this dish a few weeks ago and I don't remember from which cook book it came, thus the vague instructions.
