Parmesan Ranch chicken









This is a staple in our house. It is pretty much the same as regular parmesan chicken with a few key changes. First, use crushed Corn Flakes instead of bread crumbs. Second: Mix a dry packet of Ranch dressing with the corn flakes and parmesan cheese. Then follow the usual routine: dip chicken into eggs, then coat with the parmesan cheese/corn flakes/Ranch dressing. Bake in oven with a bit of butter. Serve with a sweet potatoes (melted butter, brown sugar, and melted marshmallows are fantastic), and a salad. Good to go.
