Hair time

Hi. It's me, Paige. I've been away from blogging on sabbatical, but I can't imagine one little post doing any harm. I've been going through my photo albums and just contemplating my life. I've noticed I was not always the first of my peers to reach our "mile markers", in fact, I tend to be closer to last: crawling, walking, talking, etc. But as I went through my photos I was reminded there is one area in which I have always surpassed my over-acheiver friends: my hair. Yes, my hair is one of my finest features. So I thought I'd brag a little and show it off what mommy has done with my hair this week: french twist anyone?

Don't you worry about those "milestones" paige. Everyone catches up by 3. And I think...why the rush???

Love Collin.

Did you know your Mommy needed special reading instruction as a first grader and that she became an "A" student in high school and then went on to get into her first college choice! Who is concerned about milestones at your age anyway!!!! You are just as adorable as you could ever possibly be and does bravery count, look how you took on those BIG dogs as they went for your face!!! Now that is something to brag about! Love and miss you ,Paige, Grama

I always thought those "extra" classes I went to in first grade were special classes for the exceptionally gifted...

No, but you should have. No wonder I'm just an emotionally scarred individual. Kidding mom. :)You did a great job - and so did the nice reading ladies with their giant books.
