

Ok, so I made this a few weeks ago and forgot to post them. And, on top of that, I can't find the recipe. So... I think it was sautéed onion, add ground meat. Mix in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley. Fill your peppers, cover in a tomato sauce/brown sugar topping, and bake.
Really, just baking in a pepper is fun, and you could use any ground meat or rice filling recipe you wanted. Just make sure to thinly slice the bottoms so they sit flat.

I think it is fun that you used a variety of peppers. I have only used green peppers. Mom
