Mommy's Berfday

Mommy had a berfday too, but it was in Spokane. She spent the day shopping with Grandma and Aunt Molly and the three of them went out to eat sushi. This is all hear-say of course because I was stuck home with daddy. We opened presents and ate almaretto cheesecake. Notice mommy's shirt? For her birthday Aunt Natalie gave her a vampire she could wear around. I think daddy is really happy about it.

That evening Grandpa took us out to eat at a floating restaurant. Really, you have to walk across a dock to get out to it. It was amazing, but the best part (again hear-say since we kids were stuck home with baby-sitters) was at the end they brought out a platter of amazing desserts and mommy got to choose one for her birthday! Lucky. She chose the largest one so everyone could share, and it was a thick, rich, gooey mountain of chocolate fudge and cake... mmm (I tasted it the next day, if you know what I mean. Chocolate milk anyone?

And the next morning came daddy's gift: a one-hour professional body massage. Nice job dad. Yummy food, fun shopping, a massage, and all her family there together. Talk about a great weekend!

I think I have the same shirt! I wear it as my pj shirt. I think Brian loves mine just as much as Dave loves yours...
