Woman shot 1,036 times! And lives.

Having a baby costs a lot. A lot of what? Money? Yes. Pain? Definitely. We all pay for our babies in different ways, but all require a down payment before the baby comes (labor and any other complications), and then a generous sum spread out for the rest of our life.

This was part of my down payment (plus six weeks after she was born.) Four shots in the stomach each day for 37 weeks; 2 shots in the morning and two at night. That's 28 shots a weeks... multiplied by 37 weeks... equals...
1, 036 injections. Ah, the joys of a genetic blood-clotting disorder. Thank you modern medicine.
