Chicken Fried Steak






Start with good Sirloin tip steaks.

1)Pound them flat.

2) Scour them criss-cross on both sides.

3) Coat them in seasoned flour.

4)Dip them in egg.

5) Re-dip them in a thicker flour batter.

6)Make delicious gravy to go with them.


Is it just me, or was anyone else under the assumption "Chicken" fried steak used, well, chicken?
