before your critical mind begins turning, please understand skill of mine. I made both mine and Paige's costumes, but I have never made acostume before, I have never even made a dress, and I didn't use a pattern for these; I just winged it. So I don't care what you think, I'm pretty proud of myself. Paige is modeling a pair of authentic Native American moccasins (curtesy of Great Grandmother), and I am wearing a pair of beautiful beaded moccasins of my mothers. Oh, and the feather in my hair is pheasant - my mom found it on our property back home.
We also participated in a trunk-o-treat, but seeing as we had no decorations for our car it was doomed to be a bit pathetic. So a few foam boards and slaps of paints and viola! A jolly old witch and a handful of jack-o-lanterns made their debut (as pictured in our car trunk.) Too bad the witch is too big for our apartment window... now what am I suppose to do with her?

Those are adorable! You look beautiful.
By the way - what size does Paige wear in shoes and clothes? Looking through some of Lydia's things...
