To eat of not to eat...Aligot (Garlic/Cheese Mashed potatoes




Definitely to eat! Mmm! These creamy potatoes have stretch to them, and so much rich garlic cheese flavor! Fun taste, fun texture. Overall a success. Plus a nice change to your everyday mashed potatoes.

Boil Yukon Gold potatoes. Blend them with butter, galic, and salt. In blender/food processor add milk
until creamy. Return to pan. One cup at a time, add mozzarella cheese and gruyere cheese (or substitute gruyere for the cheaper white cheddar cheese.) Stir until smooth and elastic. Enjoy!
