Naw, not my favorite. Kind of blah.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter (of course). Thicken with flour, pepper, and nutmeg. Add your homemade broth. Stir in the left over roast chicken, cooking sherry, and parmesan cheese. Mix with cooked linguine. Top with toasted almonds, and bake.
Honestly, the nutmeg was the only unique flavor.
