Greek-style turkey pitas

Pretty easy. Just mix up your ground turkey the same way you'd make a hamburger patty or even a mini meat loaf. Add whatever you want. This recipe calls for a dry Italian dressing packet and bread crumbs. Broil the patties. Then make the Greek salsa by blending the olive oil, white wine vinegar, more italian dressing mix, cucumber, tomato, and kalamata olives. I couldn't find these olives, and the "Greek Olives" were $8 a bottle, so opted for some green olives I already had in my fridge. Blend them up, pour over the patty - first stuff it in a whole wheat pita - and then sprinkle it with feta cheese. Not bad.

NOTE: Don't use the blender while there is a baby in your arms. Baby gets terrified.
