Fried chicken


Soak in buttermilk, coat in flour, fry. That was this recipe, and the most common one, I think. I prefer the Barefoot Contessa's Oven baked, Fried Chicken. Soak in buttermilk, coat in flour, brown in oil to make the outside crispy, but then bake it the rest of the time in the oven. Oh, and my gravy tasted like mud.
