Hot Stuffed Avocado with creamy pasta



Um... not really to eat. I mean, it was creative; serve a meat/onion concoction in an avocado pocket. Clever, but not particularly tasty. Dave thought it was too much avocado as well. To this meal I added a simple pasta. I emptied a jar of pre-made spaghetti sauce and added cream cheese until creamy. Now that was good. Oh, and I just threw on a sweet potato with brown sugar for me and a boring baked potato for Dave. Dinner is served.
