Pulled pork sandwiches


Sooo easy! As I'm sure most of you already know. Get out your crock pot; throw in some sort of pork roast (pork tenderloin for this dinner), pour on a bunch of barbecue sauce, and leave it to slow cook a few hours. When it's done, shred it and put it between rolls.
I tried to duplicate the delicious Lion House rolls I made before... they collapsed! The little traitors were looking perfect until just before I put them in the oven to bake. Then - poof! No more fluff. Oh well. They still tasted fine, I'm just glad no one was coming over for dinner.
