To Eat or Not to Eat

Smattering of Rubbish Sandwich

That is my title for this sandwich since I pretty much made it up. I used my Lion House rolls, some honey baked ham as well as swiss cheese both meant for Chicken Cordon Blue (I'm putting that recipe off for a couple of weeks), avocado that I'll use on another dish, bacon, onions sautéed in bacon drippings, lettuce, and dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Talk about saturated fat! But wow. It was good!
