Chicken Taco Pie

To eat, but is it just me or does this photo make it look kind of gross? We like mexican food in this house, so you really can't go wrong with it. This dish layers enchilada filling with tortillas. For the filling you combine onion, taco seasoning, chili powder, cream of mushroom soup (next time I'll use cream of chicken), sour cream, and chicken. You layer that on a bed of torn up, oiled tortillas, and then add more of the oiled tortillas on top covered in cheese. Pretty easy to keep Dave happy with food like this.
