to Eat or Not to Eat

Creamy Baked Fish Steaks
My response: "Not to eat. "
Dave's: "This is the best fish I've ever tasted!

I love fish - I hated this dish. Dave very much dislikes fish and, well, he said it all.
This dish combines thick sour cream, dry bread crumbs, garlic salt, fresh chives, and grated Parmesan cheese; all coated on top of an oven-baked white fish. The ingredients sounded promising, but, in my opinion, it covered up the better flavor of the fish; of course this is why Dave liked it. I found myself scraping off the creamy part.
